Infrastructure
Managed IT — infrastructure and support without overloading your team
You get an agreed scope for telecom, network, servers and workplaces — priced on the contract, not on emergency hours.
Who it is for
Companies without a full IT department, or with a small team that should run projects instead of tickets.
The problem
Ad-hoc maintenance creates downtime and hidden cost. There is no SLA and no predictable capacity.
What is included
- Care of network, server and workplace infrastructure
- Monitoring and response under an agreed SLA
- Patching, backup and a security hygiene baseline
- User helpdesk channel
What is not included
- Business software development (separate project)
- Third-party vendor contracts unless they are in scope
How implementation looks
We start with an asset and critical-service inventory, then take over in waves: stabilise first, standardise second.
Integrations
Works with existing hardware vendors and with on-prem, our data center, or hybrid hosting.
Security and operations
Need-to-know access, change records, separate accounts. Larger security programmes are scoped separately.
Support
Business hours 08:00–16:00 plus helpdesk.konekt.rs. Extended cover is contractual.
Questions from sales conversations
Can you take over the whole IT function?
Yes, or only a layer (for example servers and network). Scope is written in the contract.
Where does the equipment live?
At your site, in our data center, or hybrid — chosen by risk and cost.
How is quality measured?
SLA on response and availability of agreed services, plus a monthly review of tickets and risk.
